Your account

Use an email address you control and protect your password. Accounts are app-specific. One native PrintRight session and one website session may be active at a time; a new login replaces the previous session of that type. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact support@steadfastapps.net if you suspect unauthorized access.

Using PrintRight

Use the app and website lawfully and only with documents, devices, and networks you are authorized to access. Do not attempt to bypass licensing, interfere with services, misuse promotions, or access another person's account. Printer compatibility and physical output depend on your device, network, operating-system services, printer, and document. Keep original files and verify important output.

Free usage allowances and paid features are shown in the app. Account and feature validation requires a backend connection; local printer connectivity alone does not provide offline account authorization. Service availability is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted.

Store purchases and subscriptions

Store checkout confirms price, billing period, and applicable purchase terms before you pay. Recurring subscriptions renew under the applicable store rules until canceled. Manage cancellation and refund requests through the store that processed the purchase. Deleting an account or uninstalling PrintRight does not cancel store billing. Applicable store terms continue to govern store transactions and distribution.

Promotions and reseller codes

Redeem codes only on the PrintRight website after registering in the app. A code grants the stated plan and duration; timed access begins when redeemed. A promotional plan replaces existing app access rather than adding time. Code expiry is distinct from plan expiry. Codes can have usage limits and may be revoked for invalid issuance, fraud, refund obligations, or misuse, subject to applicable law and the seller's offer.

A promotion does not automatically stop an existing store subscription from renewing. Keep your code secure until redemption. For a reseller purchase, order fulfillment and seller-specific offer questions may need to be addressed with that seller; PrintRight support can investigate account activation.

Content, privacy, and deletion

You retain your rights in your documents. Local document preparation does not grant us ownership of their content. Processing of account, subscription, website, and support information is described in the Privacy Policy. Account deletion is available in the app and website account settings. Exported files and copies retained by printers or other services are outside PrintRight's control.

Service changes and legal rights

We may maintain, update, or restrict services to address security, compatibility, misuse, or legal requirements. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights, statutory guarantees, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support@steadfastapps.net for service disputes or questions. Material changes to these terms will be communicated where required.
